364~ Thurs. while the rest of us played shuffle board with some friends who came to visit with us at the st. park Coco played on the jungle gym, and Asa climbed up on top of it and started doing what he does…texting! I looked up and had to snap this. I thought it might be interesting for you to see how far we still have yet to go to reach full on spring time, our trees here and in Ohio are still bare. But the daffodils are starting to bloom…
364 – Another angle of the 1000 crane project. We made our crane out of newspaper and hung it with some other treasures.
363 ~ Wed. evening after we had unpacked and started to settle into the cabin, I noticed this wonderful light resting on Yoda, Yoda is a superstar with my crew, especially jasper! he had to bring his game
363 – Little left over love in my garden.
#320 ~ My candle for you, burning bright and full of well wishes and love.
320 – This is my picture for the day, I’m just happy I got one in, some days are just like that, lately finding creativity has been hard with all the illness etc. I want to get away and take some fun pictures. It’s all just in my house or around my house. I also picked up these hand towels in the dollar section of Target.
#252 ~Thanksgiving ~ This is my moment at the end of the day when I finally was back home and relaxing from a 5 hr. round trip drive in the pouring down, freezing, rain! We had a good time with my extended family, and spent some time at my mom’s too with my sister and her husband, and it all went really well…but, I was so glad to curl up in my new chair, feet up on the table, listening to Eric read to the little ones, knitting…
252 – Thanksgiving day I love how we both didn’t give each other shots of the meal or gathering, I love how we both took a different point of view from that day. Your family restful cozy scene is what family and thankfulness is all about. Each of your photo’s you send me have this deep warm quality about them which is a reflection of you as a person, deep, warm, caring, loving your photo’s always express these things. My brother’s mom passed away on Thanksgiving Day, I feel for him, he was very close to her and he was her only child so they were very close as you may imagine. This is my stepbrother I speak of but I was raised with him and my heart went out to him on this day. This shot is a lonely leaf hanging on, just hanging on. She hung on long enough for my brother to get her to his home, so she could go surrounded by love and things she held close, like her dogs and the Lakers, my brother had a big t.v. rigged up so she could watch a Laker game.
This is one of those moments that I really, really LOVE.
Fri.#225 ~ we went to the High School for a marching band performance, Coco and Gaia rarely hold hands, so when I saw them walking hand and hand, I knew it was to be captured…I wish I could have gotten a shot of my mama, cause she went with us, and she is Asa’s biggest fan, but she is so camera shy, and I didn’t want to make her uncomfortable.
225 – Friday I had seen on Debbie’s site she and her son had made some of the cranes we both love and she included instructions on one of the shots so Austin and I sat in front of Youtube and together made our first crane, it was kind of magical, kind of funny and just plain old cool to be next to him…they are hard to do! I hold for you in my hand our pride and joy.
